‘Sweet Girl’ Gets Netflix Release Date
Netflix announced this week that Adria’s next project, starring Jason Momoa, will be released on Friday, August 20th!
Sweet Girl sees Jason Momoa playing a husband who vows to bring justice to those responsible for his wife’s death while also trying to protect the only family he has left…his daughter. The film is directed by Brian Andrew Mendoza in his feature directorial debut from a script written by Gregg Hurwitz and Philip Eisner, with current revisions by Will Staples. Mendoza and Momoa previously worked together on 2018’s Braven and Netflix’s Frontier series.
Sweet Girl is produced by Momoa, Brad Peyton, and Jeff Fierson of ASAP Entertainment, with Martin Kistler serving as an executive producer.
